Refunds for cooking classes and events will only be issued if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
Allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance, no later than 48 hours before the event. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee substitutions without prior notice. Please email marketing@difebos.com
For wine dinners or seated events, seating requests (e.g., to be seated with another guest) must also be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. No changes or accommodations can be made on the day of the event. Please email marketing@difebos.com Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
